Ingest Asset and Activity Data from Account Engagement into Data 360
To ingest engagement activity and marketing asset data from Account Engagement into Data 360, create data streams
from the Salesforce CRM and Marketing - Account Engagement CRM data
bundles.
Required Editions
Available in: Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions
with Account Engagement
Note The Marketing - Account Engagement CRM data bundle installs the field mappings and data streams
for the Marketing Form, Marketing Link, Landing Page, and List Email objects. Install the bundle
one time for all four objects.
Install the Account Engagement CRM Data Bundle
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Data Cloud, and select
Salesforce CRM under Marketing.
From the dropdown next to Marketing - Account Engagement CRM data
bundle, select Install or Update.
After the bundle is installed, deploy the data streams.
Go to the Data Streams tab.
Click New, and select the Salesforce CRM
connected source.
Click Next.
Select the Marketing - Account Engagement CRM data bundle, and click
Next.
Deploy the data streams to the default data space.
Deploy the Account Engagement CRM Asset Data Streams
In Data 360, create a data stream.
Click New, and select the Salesforce CRM
connected source.
Click Next.
Select the Marketing - Account Engagement CRM data bundle, and click
Next.
Deploy the data streams to the default data space.
Deploy the Account Engagement Activity Data Streams
In Data 360, create a data stream.
Click New, and select the Account Engagement
connected source.
Select a business unit.
Select the type of engagement data to ingest, and then click
Deploy.
Repeat Steps 1-4 for each engagement activity type.
