            Einstein Assistant in Account Engagement

            Use Content Creation for Account Engagement, powered by Einstein to draft forms and landing pages and to create email subject lines, headers, and body copy. The Einstein Assistant prompts you to describe what you want to draft. The more specific you are, the more useful and accurate your results. The Einstein Assistant window appears when you create a landing page, form, or email, or edit an existing one. After acknowledging you’re about to use generative AI, Einstein is ready to help. If you don’t see the assistant window, ask your admin to enable it in Einstein Generative AI Setup.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience Available in: Account Engagement Advanced or Premium

            Einstein chat history is retained per account, per record, and per tab with the asset. For example, if you create an email using Einstein, you see the history for that email when you edit it. However, you don’t see that history when you create another email. Currently, Einstein Assistant supports English, French, German, Japanese, Portuguese (Brazil), and Spanish.

            Drafting Landing Pages

            Based on your prompt entry, Einstein suggests a name, tags, a title, and a description. You can accept or redraft the elements individually. For the description, you can edit the suggested text to fully customize it. A diamond next to a field indicates that the information was drafted using Einstein Assistant.

            If Einstein can’t help you with a task, you’re notified in the chat window. For example, when you continue to select a form or content layout, Einstein lets you know it's unable to help with that part of the process, and to continue on your own until Einstein can help.

            Creating Forms

            Based on your prompt entry, Einstein suggests a name and tags. Einstein can’t help you with the Fields tab, but can help you with the Look and Feel tab description, headlines, and paragraphs. Einstein can help you draft details in the Completion Actions tab.

            Writing Emails

            On the Account Engagement Email tab, you can use Einstein in the Drafts section. For list emails and list email drafts, use Einstein to draft a subject line, header, and body copy paragraphs in the editor. When Einstein provides the information that you want to use, copy it from the prompt to where you want to use it in your email. When you save your draft and continue to the Sending page, you can modify the description and subject line.

            • Configure Einstein Generative AI
              Enable Einstein generative AI to help draft forms, landing pages, and email subject lines and body copy. You can remove a business unit or disable the Einstein Generative AI option completely at any time. The feature isn’t enabled by default.
