          Failed Email Sends Report

          The Failed Email Sends report helps you identify email send failures, such as those related to invalid email addresses or sender domains, missing content, or other reasons. It includes information about the related prospect, when the failure occurred, and why the email failed to send.

          Required Editions

          Available in: All Account Engagement Editions
          User Permissions Needed
          To view the Failed Email Sends report: Account Engagement Administrator or Marketing role

          View Failed Email Sends Report

          Use the Failed Email Sends report to identify emails that failed to send and to understand why.

          1. Open the Reports page.
            • In Account Engagement, select Reports.

            • In the Lightning app, select Account Engagement Reports.

          2. Select Marketing Assets | Emails | Failed Email Sends.

          The Email Send Failures report can include emails that originated from an email template that you don’t have permission to view. In such a case, if you click such an email in the report, you’ll get an error and can’t access details.

          Available Metrics

          The Failed Email Sends table displays this information.

          Field Description
          Prospect Name The prospect’s first and last name
          Email Address The email address associated with the failed email
          Email Name Internal name of the email that failed to send
          Failure Date/Time The date and time the failure occurred
          Email Template The internal name of the associated email template, if available
          Send Type The type of email, such as web (list emails sent from the legacy builder or one-to-one emails), automated, builder (sent via enhanced email), or a specific integration email provider
          Failure Reason The reason the email failed to send, such as an invalid email address or missing content
          Failure Details Additional information about why the email failed to send
