You can copy emails, images, files, forms, and landing pages from Account Engagement to CMS. For the purpose of this documentation, we describe how to enable Copy to CMS and copy your existing image files for use in a Marketing Cloud email.
Sharing Content Across Workspaces
Marketers can use their Account Engagement content for future marketing campaigns by copying assets to a CMS Marketing workspace in Salesforce. To share content across workspaces, a content admin or manager must configure the workspace settings to permit sharing. Once set up, users can easily find and use shared content, such as branded images, across different departments, streamlining the content management process.
When you use the new email experience for Account Engagement, an enhanced CMS workspace named “Content Workspace for Marketing Cloud Account Engagement” is created. If you are working directly in Marketing Cloud to create an email, the automatically created workspace is called “Content Workspace for Marketing Cloud.” You can share content between enhanced workspaces in the Shared with Workspaces folder, which is included in each workspace. This sharing of content allows you to use images you copy from Account Engagement in your Marketing Cloud campaigns.
