Prerequisites for Using Data 360
Data 360 lays the foundation for data storage and activation in Marketing Cloud Next. To use next-gen marketing campaigns and Agentforce, start by working with an admin and a Salesforce account executive.

Connect Account Engagement to Data 360
To use Data 360 and its entitlements, current Account Engagement customers must first contact an account executive to request access.

Confirm that Connected Campaigns is turned on, and then connect and sync
campaigns.
You can't turn off Connected Campaigns after you unpause the connector to initiate the connection. Before you move forward, make sure that all of your desired campaigns are connected and synced. If you try to sync another campaign later, its related engagement data isn't ingested into Data 360.

Set Up Marketing Cloud Next for Account Engagement Users
After Data 360 is enabled and syncing with Account Engagement, you can start turning on Marketing Cloud Next tools. To access the Setup steps, an admin needs the Marketing Cloud Admin and Data Cloud Architect permission sets.
Messaging, Agentforce, and other functions consume entitlements and Data 360 credits. An account executive can answer billing and consumption questions.

From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Basic, and select
Basic Settings.
On this page, system tasks start immediately and indicate progress.

When the first items show green checkmarks, select a data space, and then click
Confirm.
If you can't click the dropdown, verify that you have Data Cloud Architect permissions.
