          Monitor External Actions Errors

          Identify, diagnose, and resolve errors from third-party apps tied to your Account Engagement automations using the External Actions Error Table.

          Required Editions

          Available in: all Account Engagement editions
          User Permissions Needed
          To access the External Action Errors table:

          Account Engagement Administrator role

          OR

          A custom role with the General Account Administration permission

          1. In Account Engagement, select Admin | External Action Errors.
          2. In the Account Engagement Lightning app, select Account Engagement Settings | External Action Errors.
          3. Review each extension’s errors and identify which automations are affected by the errors.
            Errors are read-only and sent to Account Engagement by the third-party app extension. To remove errors from the External Action Errors table, fix the errors in the third-party app extension.
