          Considerations for Using Account Engagement Optimizer

          When using Optimizer, keep these considerations in mind.

          Required Editions

          Available in: All Account Engagement Editions
          • Optimizer can help you maintain the general health and performance of your Account Engagement business unit, but it’s not an exhaustive tool. It’s possible for an issue to occur for something that Optimizer doesn’t monitor.
          • To access Optimizer, users must have the View Optimizer user permission in Account Engagement. For custom user roles, these user permissions are required to manage the features that Optimizer reports on: View Optimizer, View Pending Table Actions, Delete Automation Rules, and Delete List.
          • When you make a recommended change, it can take up to 24 hours for Optimizer to update the Performance Improvement Measures table. The Configuration Issues table updates in about 2 hours.
