Monitor Features That Cause Prospect Changes in Account Engagement
Understand which features and automations are causing the most prospect changes in your
business unit. Use the information to help you adjust your automations, import habits, API
integrations, and more.

User Permissions
Needed
To use Optimizer:
Account Engagement Administrator role or a
custom Account Engagement role with these user permissions: View
Optimizer, View Pending Table Actions, Delete Automation Rules, and Delete
List
Open Optimizer.
In Account Engagement, select Admin and
then select Optimizer.
In the Lightning app, select Account Engagement Settings and
then select Optimizer.
Click the Prospect Change Monitor By Feature pie chart.
To see which features resulted in the most changes over the past 24 hours, monitor the
pie chart on the main Optimizer page.
To filter the table by feature area, click the View dropdown
menu.
To chart historical prospect changes by feature area, click .
