Pause or Resume In-Progress Actions in Account Engagement
Pause and resume actions that are processing in your business unit. For example, if you
see that there’s an action in progress to archive prospects, you can pause that action to
prioritize a critical list email send. When an action is paused, the system reprioritizes to
focus on the remaining active jobs. You can also cancel an action.

User Permissions
Needed
To use Optimizer:
Account Engagement Administrator role or a
custom Account Engagement role with these user permissions: View
Optimizer, View Pending Table Actions, Delete Automation Rules, and Delete
Lists
Only actions that take longer to process appear in the Table Action Manager.
Open Optimizer.
In Account Engagement, select Admin and
then select Optimizer.
In the Lightning app, select Account Engagement Settings and
then select Optimizer.
Under Maintenance Resources, click Table Action Manager.
Use the action menu to pause, resume, or cancel an action.
