          User Permissions Needed
          To use Optimizer: Account Engagement Administrator role or a custom Account Engagement role with these user permissions: View Optimizer, View Pending Table Actions, Delete Automation Rules, and Delete Lists
          1. Open Optimizer.
            1. In Account Engagement, select Admin and then select Optimizer.
            2. In the Lightning app, select Account Engagement Settings and then select Optimizer.
          2. Review the tables and act as needed.

          To pause and prioritize actions, use the table action manager in the Maintenance Resources section.
