          Review External Actions Usage

          Third-party app extensions use the Account Engagement API for External Actions for your Account Engagement automations. All accounts have a database limit of 100,000 third-party app extension calls per day, starting at 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM, based on your business unit time zone. You can review your external usage to ensure that you don’t exceed your database limit.

          Required Editions

          Available in: all Account Engagement editions
          User Permissions Needed
          To access the External Action Errors table: Account Engagement Administrator role
          1. Go to your account settings, and click the Usage and Limits tab.
          2. Under the Feature column, look for Daily External Action Calls.
