          Prerequisites

          • Username and password.
          • API access is dependent on your Call Tracking Metrics plan. If you’re unsure whether you have API access, contact you CTM representative

          Extended Properties

          • Get Caller Details - This checkbox is unchecked by default. After it is checked it retrieves personal data.
          • Include calls for all sub accounts (Agency-Wide Call log)

          Validate Your Data

          1. In the Call Tracking Metrics platform, go to the reporting menu and click 'Call Reports'. Choose the date range in the filter menu and select the Dimension from the drop-down list. The default view is without Agency Wide data, however, some dimensions change the view to include agency-wide structure (for example 'Account').
          2. In the Call Tracking Metrics platform, navigate to the 'Calls' tab, under the 'Export Calls' section define the date range. If your account has Agency Wide data, change the "checkbox" under Filters to 'on'. The exported file has no measurements, however it includes all the calls for the date range selected. Check that the number of calls matches the 'total calls' value in Marketing Cloud Intelligence Data Pipelines for that date range.
