Turn On the Privacy Preference Manager Tab for Marketers
To allow users to edit the default email preference page or to access Preference
Manager tools in the Marketing app, turn on the Privacy Preference Manager tab. Edit the
Standard User Profile to make the tab Default On.
Required Editions
Available in: Salesforce Enterprise and
Unlimited Editions with Marketing Cloud Next
Growth or Advanced Edition
User Permissions Needed
To edit the preference page:
Modify All Data OR Marketing Cloud Admin permission
set
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Users, and then select
Users.
Select Profiles, and then edit the Standard
User profile.
In the Tab Settings section, find the Privacy Preference Manager tab and select
Default On.
Save your work.
Repeat these steps for other user profiles as needed.
