          Create a Custom Preference Page For Marketing Channels

          Design a branded preference page where subscribers can manage their subscriptions to your marketing channels. You can create a custom preference page for any messaging channel, including email, SMS, WhatsApp, and RCS.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Salesforce Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Marketing Cloud Next Growth or Advanced Edition
          User Permissions Needed
          To turn on custom preference pages:

          Modify All Data

          OR

          Marketing Cloud Admin permission set

          To create a customizable preference page:

          Marketing Cloud Manager permission set

          AND

          any CMS workspace contributor role

          To set a preference page as a default page for a channel: Marketing Cloud Admin permission set

          Turn On Custom Preference Pages

          1. In Setup, search and select Marketing Features, and then select Preference Page Customization.
          2. Turn on Custom Preference Pages.

          After you turn on custom preference pages, marketers can create custom pages for each messaging channel that you use.

          Create a Custom Preference Page

          1. From the Content tab, open your preferred marketing workspace.
          2. Select Add | Content | Preference Page | Create.
          3. In the editor, under Settings, enter a title for the preference page.
          4. Select the Subscription List component and configure the settings.
            1. Select the channel the page is for, such as email.
            2. If needed, select the business units where you want to make the page available. Assign a Communication Subscription to Business Units
            3. Select at least one subscription.
          5. Save your work.
          6. To make the page available to use, click Publish.
            The custom preference page appears on the Consent Tab under Preference Pages.

          Set a Custom Preference Page as the Default Channel Page

          1. From the Consent tab, select Preference Pages.
          2. For the published preference page that you want to use, open the dropdown, and select Set as Default.
          3. Review the channel and the business unit for the page, and then click Set as Default.
