After you set up data streams, create users and assign permissions. To make sure that
users have access to the right objects and features, use the Marketing Cloud Admin or Marketing
Cloud Manager permission sets. You can assign permission sets to individual users or assign them
in bulk.

To assign permission sets:
Assign Permission Sets system permission

Marketing Cloud Admin

Assign Permissions to a Single User
You can add or remove permission set assignments from an individual user
profile.
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Users, and then
select Users.
Select a user.
In the Permission Set Assignments related list, click Edit
Assignments.
To assign a permission set, select it under Available Permission Sets, and then
click Add.
To remove a permission set assignment, select it under Enabled Permission Sets,
and then click Remove.
Save the permission set assignment.
Assign Permissions in Bulk
Assign the same permission sets to multiple users from the Permission Sets page in
Setup.
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Permission, and then
select Permission Sets.
Select a permission set, and then click Manage Assignments.
Click Add Assignments.
Select users to assign the permission set to, and then click
Assign.
