          Automate Tasks with a Campaign

To take some manual work off your plate, automate common marketing tasks with a flow. Flow can listen for customer actions or events and then automate message sends, update or create records, and so on. For example, send an SMS message when someone signs up for an event.

          2. Name your campaign, enter the campaign details that you need, and click Save.
          3. From the Start section on the Build Your Own tab, select Event.

          9. From the campaign record or Flow Builder, add elements to your flow, such as a Send Email Message element or flow action.
