          Manage Content in Marketing Cloud Next

          Marketing Cloud Next provides the tools you need to create and store a variety of content to support your marketing efforts. The Content tab, powered by Salesforce CMS, is where you can organize your content in workspaces and folders. When you’re ready to create something new, create or clone and then edit a variety of marketing-specific content types in a consistent editing environment.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Salesforce Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Marketing Cloud Next Growth or Advanced Edition and the Salesforce Message Credits - SMS add-on
          • Create Content in Marketing Cloud Next
            From the Content tab, you can create and edit any content type and the basic experience is the same. After you choose the content type, a curated selection of components appears for you to choose from. You can also edit messaging content and landing pages from Flow Builder or the campaign record.
          • Reusable Content in Marketing Cloud Next
            Certain content types, such as brands and tracked links, are available for reuse within other content types. For example, after you establish your brand settings, marketers can apply those brand styles to other content they build.
          • Content Personalization in Marketing Cloud Next
            To increase customer engagement and improve conversations, personalize your marketing content. Create one email with dynamic content variations that appear for different recipients based on targeting rules. Get timely and accurate results for merge fields in marketing messages, landing pages, and reusable content blocks by referencing personalized data. For example, include a name attribute from a customer’s unified individual profile, include product purchase or subscription event data, or reference attributes from across related data objects, such as a contact from an account.

            Email marketing continues to be a part of your digital strategy. Next-gen marketing tools offer solutions that streamline your efforts and automate personalized experiences for your prospects and customers.
          • Messaging in Marketing Cloud Next
            Next-gen marketing tools support a collection of messaging types. These services typically require preparation work to validate accounts, request sending codes, or complete other registration, and regulations vary by country.
          • Web Content in Marketing Cloud Next
            Forms and landing pages are integral to your lead generation practice. Next-gen marketing tools support forms and landing pages that are hosted inside and outside of Salesforce. Builder tools guide marketers through the creation experience.
          • Mobile Apps in Marketing Cloud Next
            When you connect your in-house mobile apps to the next-gen Marketing, you can create in-app and push notifications that target your users. Build and deploy banners, carousels, and other message types.
          • Extend Preview and Test in Marketing Cloud Next
            Preview and Test is a built-in feature in Marketing Cloud Next for reviewing your message content before sending. From the Preview and Test modal, you can see how your email, SMS, or WhatsApp message appears to recipients, personalize the preview with specific segment members, and validate merge fields. The modal includes dedicated tabs for previewing rendered content and running test sends.
          • Track Marketing Content Performance
            Find out how users engage with your emails, SMS, WhatsApp, push, and mobile in-app messages, tracked links, and landing pages on the Content Performance dashboard. You can filter the data by date range, campaign, or flow. Track the success of different content variations among various audiences by monitoring unique clicks.
