Unified Engagement History Dashboard

dashboard component to record pages. Use this component to get engagement highlights at a

If you have Agentforce set up in your org, use the Identify Top Engaged Unified Individuals
agent action to quickly find your most promising leads. This action identifies which
individuals engage most with your distributed messages, helping you prioritize your
