Create your reports based on these data model objects.
Use the Email Engagement Score DMO to create reports based on customer engagement personas, or likelihood reports for opens, clicks, and subscribes. For persona-based reports group by engagement personas. For likelihood-based reports group by email click, open, and subscribe likelihoods.
Using the Email Engagement Frequency DMO, create a report that shows how many customers are Saturated or On-Target. Group reports by email engagement frequency.
For a more holistic view, create a dashboard to view your custom report data.
