| Available in: Lightning Experience |
| Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with Real-Time Offer Management |
You can configure your Experience Cloud site to call the Eligible Offers API so authenticated site users see offers they are eligible for. Unauthenticated Experience Cloud users cannot see offers. To confirm what a member sees, define the user access from the user’s contact record. See Set Up Record Access for Your Users.
Give Experience Cloud site users the same guided experience that marketing managers use to build offers, right from an Aura or Lightning Web Runtime (LWR) site. To provide this experience, assign your site users the same permission sets that marketing managers use through a permission set license. See Assign Permissions to Marketing Managers for Offer Management and Assign Permission Sets to Users.
After a site user saves an offer or offer treatment, the record appears on the Offer or Offer Treatment record page, respectively, so that site users can track and manage everything they've created.
