Set Up Data 360 for Offer Management

Install the Global Promotions Management data stream bundle to send data from Offer Management objects to Data 360.

Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with Real-Time Offer Management and Data 360
User Permissions Needed
To set up Data 360: Data Cloud Architect permission set

Data 360 contains a list of unmapped DMOs for Offer Management objects. After you install the data stream bundle, DLOs with field mappings are added to Data 360 and associated with their corresponding DMOs.

Note To use Data Governance features, grant permissions to the listed objects per your chosen policy according to Assign Data Access. If you have more than one data space, you must grant access to objects in each data space. Object names in non default data spaces follow the convention of <DataSpace Prefix>_<Object Name>.
  1. Enable Data 360 and select a data space. Use Salesforce Go to do this automatically. If it's not automatically provisioned, manually enable Data 360 in the Salesforce org.
  2. Install the Global Promotions Management data stream bundle. You can do this from Salesforce Go's Setup flow (Install Global Promotions Management Data Kit) or manually.
  3. Provide the Data Cloud Salesforce Connector permission set Read and View All Records access to the Offer Management objects.
