          Business Unit Settings for Account Engagement

          Admins can control settings for the entire business unit. Depending on your edition or app, some feature-level settings also appear on the Account Engagement Settings page. Review feature-specific help for information about those settings.

          Individual settings can appear in the Account Engagement Settings main view or after you click Edit. Check these tables for the location of a setting.

          Business Unit Details

          Created By Indicates who provisioned the business unit. green check mark icon.

          Engagement Programs: Allow email templates to be sent more than once to the same prospect Controls whether a prospect can receive emails that use the same email templates more than one time.   green check mark icon.
          Email Plug-in Campaign Sets the campaign for prospects created with Apple Mail or Thunderbird plug-ins.   green check mark icon.

          Force HTTPs: Redirect HTTP requests for assets hosted in Account Engagement to HTTPS Indicates whether Force HTTPs Redirects is enabled. green check mark icon. green check mark icon.
          Honor Don’t Track (DNT) Header Controls Do Not Track settings in prospect browsers.   green check mark icon.
          Iframed Assets Controls where Account Engagement form code can be used on web pages. green check mark icon. green check mark icon.
          Max Daily API requests Indicates the number of API calls allowed per day. green check mark icon.  
          Max Tracking Cookie Duration (days) Lets you adjust the duration of tracking cookies to anywhere from 180 and 3,650 days. green check mark icon. green check mark icon.
          Operational Emails Indicates whether you allow sending operational emails. green check mark icon.  
          Account ID Your unique business unit identifier. green check mark icon.  
          Permanent BCC Email Address Indicates an email address to include on the BCC of email sent to prospects. green check mark icon. green check mark icon.

          Salesforce Connector Version Indicates the version number for the Salesforce Connector in your business unit. green check mark icon.  
          Salesforce User Sync Indicates the business unit’s Salesforce User Sync status. green check mark icon.
          Sending IPs Lists the sending IP addresses that are used. green check mark icon.  
          Session Timeout Sets a time limit for inactivity after which a user is logged out. green check mark icon.  
          Stale Unconverted Visitors

          Updated At Indicates the last time that the business unit was updated. green check mark icon.  
          Updated By Indicates who updated the business unit last. green check mark icon.

          † These fields are combined to create your business unit address, which is populated with the %%account_address%% variable tag.

          Product and Service Notifications

          Select a user from the dropdown menu to determine who receives certain types of email notifications.

          Setting Description
          Renewal Notices, Usage Limits, Database Size Notifications about timing and data limits that can require payments
          Email Compliance Notifications from Salesforce about excessive email bounces or spam reports
          Critical Incidents Notifications about critical technology issues
          Product Updates Requiring User Action Notifications about Salesforce changes that must be communicated to users
          Salesforce Engage Notifications regarding the Salesforce Engage feature
