Business Unit Settings for Account Engagement
Admins can control settings for the entire business unit. Depending on your edition or app, some feature-level settings also appear on the Account Engagement Settings page. Review feature-specific help for information about those settings.

Individual settings can appear in the Account Engagement Settings main view or after you click Edit. Check these tables for the location of a setting.
Business Unit Details

| Activate the Tracking & Consent JavaScript API | Makes the Tracking & Consent API available to use with your business unit. |

| Address Two† | Company’s physical address, line 2. Typically used for a suite or floor number. |
|
|
| Allow Multiple Prospects with the Same Email Address | Indicates whether more than one prospect can use the same email address. |
|

| City† | City of company’s physical address. |
|

| Company | Business unit name in Marketing Setup overwrites this value. |
|
|
| Concurrent API Request Limit | Indicates the number of API calls allowed at one time. |
|
|
| Country | Company country. |
|
|
| Currency Formatting | Default currency, which appears in reporting. |
|
|
| Created At | Indicates the date and time when the business unit was created. |
|
|
| Created By | Indicates who provisioned the business unit. |
|
|
| Default Account Language | Default language for all users. |
|
|
| Default Account Locale | Default date formatting, and first and last name display order. |
|
|
| Default Time Zone | Time zone for the business unit. Users can edit their own time zone. |

| Engagement Programs: Allow email templates to be sent more than once to the same prospect | Controls whether a prospect can receive emails that use the same email templates more than one time. |

| Email Plug-in Campaign | Sets the campaign for prospects created with Apple Mail or Thunderbird plug-ins. |

| Fax | Company fax number. |
|
|
| First-Party Tracking | Controls whether you allow first-party tracking features. |
|
|
| Force HTTPs: Redirect HTTP requests for assets hosted in Account Engagement to HTTPS | Indicates whether Force HTTPs Redirects is enabled. |

| Honor Don’t Track (DNT) Header | Controls Do Not Track settings in prospect browsers. |
|
|
| Iframed Assets | Controls where Account Engagement form code can be used on web pages. |
|
|
| Max Daily API requests | Indicates the number of API calls allowed per day. |
|
|
| Max Tracking Cookie Duration (days) | Lets you adjust the duration of tracking cookies to anywhere from 180 and 3,650 days. |

| Operational Emails | Indicates whether you allow sending operational emails. |
|
|
| Account ID | Your unique business unit identifier. |
|
|
| Permanent BCC Email Address | Indicates an email address to include on the BCC of email sent to prospects. |
|
|
| Phone | Company phone number. |
|
|
| Salesforce Connector Version | Indicates the version number for the Salesforce Connector in your business unit. |
|

| Salesforce User Sync | Indicates the business unit’s Salesforce User Sync status. |
|
|
| Sending IPs | Lists the sending IP addresses that are used. |
|
|
| Session Timeout | Sets a time limit for inactivity after which a user is logged out. |

† These fields are combined to create your business unit address, which is populated with the %%account_address%% variable tag.
Product and Service Notifications
Select a user from the dropdown menu to determine who receives certain types of email notifications.

| Email Compliance | Notifications from Salesforce about excessive email bounces or spam reports |
