          Add Email Signatures

          Make sure that prospects have all your contact details and other relevant information in every message you send.

          Required Editions

          Available in: All Account Engagement Editions
          User Permissions Needed
          To create your own email signature: Account Engagement Sales role or higher
          1. Edit your user profile. Select Admin (or Account Engagement Settings in the Lightning app) | My Profile, then click Edit.
          2. For HTML Email Signature, enter the content you want to include.
          3. For Text Email Signature, enter the content you want to include.
          4. Click Save user.

          Admins can update these signatures for any user. Navigate to Admin | User Management | Users, and choose the user to edit. Change the email signature fields, and save.
