When BCC email compliance is enabled, all live and test emails are also sent to the BCC
email address. If an email sent to the BCC email address bounces, all email sending is suspended
until a valid BCC email address is provided. You receive an in-app notification when a BCC failure
occurs.
Required Editions
User Permissions Needed
To edit business unit settings:
Account Engagement Administrator role
Open the settings for your business unit.
In Account Engagement, click and then select
Settings.
In the Lightning app, select Account Engagement
Settings.
Open the editing screen.
For the Permanent BCC Email Address, enter a valid BCC email address.
Click Reverify BCC address and enable sending. If the email address
is verified, email sending is re-enabled. Otherwise, you’re prompted to enter a valid email
address.
Save your changes.
You get a notification when email sending is re-enabled.
