An Account Engagement admin can configure the BCC email compliance feature in your
business unit settings. Before you set up this feature, make sure that you have a BCC email
address that is accepting emails.
Required Editions
User Permissions Needed
To edit business unit settings:
Account Engagement Administrator role
Open the settings for your business unit.
In Account Engagement, click and then select
Settings.
In the Lightning app, select Account Engagement
Settings.
Open the editing screen.
For the Permanent BCC Email Address, enter the BCC email address.
Save your changes.
Send a test email to yourself, and check your BCC inbox or archival service to make sure that
the email was received.
