An Account Engagement admin can find the sending IP address for allowlisting in business
unit settings.

To view sending IP information:
Account Engagement Administrator role
Open the settings for your business unit.
In Account Engagement, click and then select
Settings.
In the Lightning app, select Account Engagement
Settings.
Under Account Information, scroll to the Sending IPs field.
