Enable or Disable HTTPS for Account Engagement Assets
Browsers can request an SSL-enabled marketing asset over HTTP. To create a more secure
browsing experience for your prospects, Account Engagement redirects these request to HTTPS for
tracker domains that default to HTTPS. You can change this default behavior at any
time.

To force redirect HTTP requests:
Account Engagement Administrator role
Before you enable this setting, make sure that all your assets and links use HTTPS. If
your page contains mixed content, it doesn’t render correctly and your visitors receive security
warnings.
Note This behavior is enabled by default in business units created after February 13,
2023.
Open the settings for your business unit.
In Account Engagement, click and then select
Settings.
In the Lightning app, select Account Engagement
Settings.
Click Edit.
Select or deselect Force HTTPS: Redirect HTTP requests for assets to
HTTPS.
When prompted, confirm your selection, and then save your changes.
