Send Daily Prospect Activity Emails (For My Prospects)

This subscription is available to all user roles. This Daily Prospect report identifies which of the user’s assigned prospects were active the day before. The report includes only prospects who are directly assigned to the user who received the notification. Prospects appear in the report when they have a tracked activity.

When you enable this subscription option, you can also exclude prospects with certain tags. For example, you can set up an automation rule that adds a “customer” or “client” tag to any prospect with a “closed won” opportunity status. Then you can add this tag to the filter so that your daily report includes only prospects that you haven’t already sold to.

The Daily Prospect report is based on cookies and tracked links and is independent of IP lookup. Prospects are sorted by last activity, with the most recent one listed first.

This subscription is available for Administrator, Marketing, and Sales Manager user roles. This Daily Prospect report identifies all prospects that were active the previous day. Prospects appear in this report when they have a tracked activity.

When you enable this subscription option, you can also exclude prospects with certain tags. Send an Email When a Prospect Is Assigned

This subscription sends a real-time email notification when a prospect is assigned to the user.

Assigning multiple prospects using an automation rule sends a notification email for each prospect assigned. Temporarily disable this preference when creating assignment automation rules to avoid multiple assignment notifications. Prospect assignment notifications aren’t sent when users are assigned via import or from the CRM.

Send Daily Prospect Assignment Emails

This subscription is a digest of all prospects assigned to the user on the previous day.

Send Daily Visitor Activity Emails

This subscription is available to all user roles. You can set this notification for all visitors, or you can filter visitors by geography. The Daily Visitor report includes visitors from identified companies who visited the previous day. This report includes only identified visitors with greater than zero page views, which can include both anonymous visitors and identified prospects. Identified visitors are visitors from organizations identified through the WHOIS IP address lookup, which needs the visitor’s company name and state or country to identify visitors.

The Daily Visitor Report is based on IP lookup. If Account Engagement doesn’t find a company match from the IP database search, the visit isn’t shown in the report. Visitors are sorted by the number of page views they had the previous day, with the visitor with the most page views listed first. The maximum number of entries that this report displays is 100.

Send Starred Prospect Activity Alerts

This subscription sends a real-time email notification when a starred prospect assigned to the user is active.

Send Weekly Search Marketing Email

This subscription is available to all user roles. It’s a weekly report of the keywords and competitors that you’re monitoring.

Send Monthly Inactive Automations Report Email

This subscription is enabled by default for all users. If any Engagement Studio programs, automation rules, or dynamic lists have no activity in the past 30 days, the content creator and admins are notified.
