          Edit User Notification Preferences

          Users with access to the Admin module can edit other users’ email preferences.

          Required Editions

          User Permissions Needed
          To change users’ prospect alert notification preferences: Account Engagement Administrator, Marketing, or Sales Manager role
          1. Open the Users page. Select Admin (Account Engagement Settings in the Lightning app), and then User Management | Users.
          2. Hover over the gear icon next to a user, and click Edit Preferences.
          3. Select or deselect email subscriptions.
          4. When finished, click Save User Preferences.
