Account Engagement sends different types of product and service notifications. You can
designate a different point of contact for each notification in the Product and Service
Notifications table in your business unit settings.

Engagement Editions
View your current points of contact by hovering over the gear icon and clicking
Settings. The table describes each notification type.
Notification Type
Description
Renewal Notices, Usage Limits, Database Size
The user to contact regarding contract renewal and capacity limits for the current
subscription. Database limit notifications are sent to the point of contact and to the user
with import prospect permissions who logged in most recently receive an email notice.
Email Compliance
The user to contact for issues with email reputation, such as high bounce rates or spam
complaints.
Critical Incidents
The user to contact regarding an incident that occurred in your business unit, and
which requires user action.
Product Updates Requiring User Action
The user to contact when we release product updates and new features that require user
action.
Salesforce Engage
The user to contact regarding a Salesforce Engage incident or update that requires user
action.
Edit Product and Service Notifications You can choose who to send different product and service notifications from the Product and Service Notifications table in your business unit settings.
