          The Account Engagement Lightning App is supported in the same browsers as Lightning Experience, except for Safari and Firefox. To use the app in these browsers on a desktop, disable the prevent cross-site tracking browser preference.

          The Account Engagement Lightning App isn’t supported in Safari on iPad. To use Account Engagement, the Account Engagement Lightning App, Salesforce Engage, B2B Marketing Analytics, or Snippets, we recommend that you use Lightning Experience on desktop.

          The Account Engagement Lightning App isn’t supported in Incognito mode in Chrome unless third-party cookie blocking is disabled in the browser settings.
