          System Emails

          System Emails

          Admins can see a log of all system email notifications for the past 14 days.

          Required Editions

          Available in: All Account Engagement Editions
          Note
          Note System emails are not the same as prospect alerts. You cannot change system emails in your notification preferences.

          To view the log, go to Admin | System Emails.

          Have your email administrator add the Account Engagement sending IP address to your allowlist to make sure that system emails make it to your inbox. For more information, see Why am I not receiving system emails?
