If you use hundreds of custom prospect fields, it can take time to load and
manipulate the data in CRM Analytics apps. If you have tens of millions of
prospects, turning on Object Sync can improve load times. Object Sync gives you more
control over how data is shared from Account Engagement and replication
scheduling.

Object Sync makes Account Engagement data available as objects in CRM Analytics.
It works with any B2B Marketing Analytics or B2B Marketing Analytics Plus
apps, but the functionality is slightly different between the features.
In B2B Marketing Analytics, Object Sync replicates Account Engagement
data into objects in CRM Analytics. You can choose which prospect
custom fields to include during configuration.
With B2B Marketing Analytics Plus, the Account Engagement data is
already replicated into CRM Analytics objects. When Object Sync is
enabled, you can control which custom fields are brought into the
Prospect object.
Considerations for Object Sync Object Sync improves performance in the CRM Analytics platform by updating prospect data separately from other large datasets. Before you use Object Sync with Account Engagement, review these considerations.
Turn On Object Sync To enable Object Sync, open Marketing Setup in Account Engagement.
Remove Fields from Object Sync To remove your Object Sync custom fields from CRM Analytics, complete a few tasks in Salesforce and Account Engagement.
Turn Off Object Sync To disable Object Sync, deselect syncing fields, update settings, and turn off the feature in Marketing Setup.
Prospect and Activity Dataset for Object Sync To identify which content influences prospects in your sales funnel, add the optional Prospect and Activity dataset. Create a lens using this dataset to identify the individual prospect record that acted on a certain asset.
