• Cookies and Activity Tracking
  Account Engagement tracks visitor and prospect activities on your website and landing pages by setting cookies on their browsers. Cookies are set to remember preferences (like form field values) when a visitor returns to your site. We also set a cookie for logged-in users to maintain the session and remember table filters.
• Keyboard Shortcuts
  Try keyboard shortcuts to get around more quickly. To get a list of available shortcuts, type Shift+? (Windows) or Ctrl+? (Mac) at the same time.
• Account Engagement Interface Versions
  Account Engagement offers two interfaces: a standalone Account Engagement app and an Account Engagement Lightning app. The interfaces differ in appearance and features, but offer the same essential functionality. Both experiences require Salesforce SSO to log in and access the app. The newest features and enhancements are available in Account Engagement Lightning app.
• Automation and Asset Builder Versions
  As Account Engagement interfaces are developed, content and automation tools are enhanced. You can access classic builders in the standalone app. In Account Engagement Lightning App, you can choose from classic builders and the enhanced experiences.
