Note Actions that typically trigger prospects to sync don’t apply to prospects in the error
queue.
Open the Connectors page.
In Account Engagement, select Admin and then select
Connectors.
In the Lightning app, select Account Engagement Settings
and then Connectors.
Click the icon next to the
Salesforce connector, and then select Sync Errors.
Select the prospects you want to resync, then click the dropdown menu below the prospect
table and select Resync prospects.
Click Go.
A resynced prospect isn’t removed from the sync error queue until their record has been synced
with Salesforce without issues.
Note Looking for queued assets? The menu includes an item labeled Asset Sync Queue (0 | 0). The first number
indicates how many campaigns or assets are in the queue right now. The second shows the number
of items that failed to sync. To identify failed items, open the page.
