Add completion actions to your Account Engagement assets to take action when prospects
interact with them. You can combine standard and conditional actions on a single asset.
Completion actions are available on forms, form handlers, files, custom redirects, emails, and
page actions. Conditional completion actions aren’t available for classic emails.

To add completion actions:
Account Engagement Administrator or Marketing
role
When adding completion actions to assets, keep these limits in mind.
You can have up to 15 total completion actions on an asset.
You can have up to 6 conditional groups.
Each conditional group can have only 1 prospect condition.
Navigate to completion actions for the asset you’re working with.
For forms, edit the asset and select the Completion Actions
step in the setup flow.
For classic emails, click Edit Completion Actions on the
record home. Conditional actions aren’t available for classic emails.
For enhanced emails, click Send on the record home to edit
the send settings and add completion actions.
For form handlers, custom redirects, files, and page actions, edit the asset and scroll
to the Completion Actions section.
If you’re adding actions to an email, choose at least one trigger. You can trigger actions
based on when prospects open the email, click a link in the email, or unsubscribe via the
email.
Use the dropdown menus to select actions and add required details. To add standard actions,
click +Add Action.
To add a conditional action, click +Add Conditional Group. Then, use
the dropdowns to specify prospect criteria, select actions, and add required details.
To add another action in the same conditional group, click +Add Action to
Group.
