          Connect Account Engagement and Salesforce Users

          Salesforce User Sync connects your Account Engagement and Salesforce users and lets you manage Account Engagement user access from Marketing Setup. User Sync transfers user management to Salesforce and Account Engagement user records become read-only. User Sync is the recommended method for managing Salesforce and Account Engagement users. However, if that’s not the right solution for you at this time, map Salesforce and Account Engagement users and enable Salesforce single sign-on to allow them to access Account Engagement.

          • Manage Users with Salesforce User Sync
            Salesforce User Sync is the simplest way to manage Account Engagement user access. This feature permanently transfers user management to Salesforce so that you can add or remove Account Engagement users from Salesforce Marketing Setup.
          • Set Up Salesforce Single Sign-On for Account Engagement
            If you don’t use Salesforce User Sync, manually enable Salesforce single sign-on (SSO) to allow users access to Account Engagement. SSO lets users log in to Account Engagement with their Salesforce credentials.
