Extending Account Engagement with Connected Apps
A connector enables Account Engagement to sync with a third-party application, like a webinar service or Google Ads, so that you don’t have to manage content and tasks in multiple apps. The connection passes data back and forth between the two applications.

- Google Analytics Connector
The Google Analytics connector pulls UTM parameters into Account Engagement, where they can then sync with Salesforce. Five Google Analytics tags are collected: campaign name, medium, source, content, and term. This connector simplifies the flow of Google Analytics data between Account Engagement and Salesforce. - Streamline Tasks with Marketing Cloud Account Engagement for Slack
Automatically notify teams about important prospect activity with the Marketing Cloud Account Engagement app for Slack. Install the Account Engagement app in your Slack workspace and set up the connector in your business unit. Then, the completion action to notify a Slack channel is available for marketing assets in Account Engagement. - Google Ads Connector
Account Engagement connects with your Google Ads account to track prospects that reach you through paid search. You can tie cost data from Google Ads to opportunity data from Salesforce to determine your true cost per qualified lead and search engine marketing ROI. - Social Media and Social Posting Connectors
Social media connectors enrich prospect data and post content to Facebook and LinkedIn. - Add the Bitly Connector
You can generate a default Bitly short link for landing pages, multivariate tests, and files. To track link performance, set up the Bitly connector. If you use a custom domain Bitly account, that domain is used in your shortened URLs. - Add the UserVoice Connector
To add suggestions, support tickets, and other UserVoice data to prospect records, add the UserVoice connector. - Add the Twilio Connector
If you use Twilio, create a connector to instantly follow up with prospects via phone. The selected user gets a call when a prospect submits a connected form so that the user can connect with the prospect by phone. Twilio activities appear on prospect records, where you can view details about calls. - Integrating with Olark
Use the Olark connector to create prospects from your chats and view chat activities on prospect records. - Integrating with Wistia
Wistia is a video hosting service that measures engagement with your content. Use the Wistia connector to record prospects’ video activity and create prospects from video conversions. - Integrating with WordPress.org Sites
Use the Pardot WordPress plug-in to add marketing forms and dynamic content to your WordPress pages and posts without using code. The plug-in is available only for sites that use WordPress.org. - GoToWebinar Connector
To bring GoToWebinar data into Account Engagement, set up the connector. - Integrating with Eventbrite
Account Engagement syncs with Eventbrite to provide reporting and scoring on event registrations and attendance and track prospect events activity. - Integrate with Third-Party Site Search
Integrate your third-party site search to report on prospect queries. Searches on your website show a prospect’s intent. A prospect searching your site for "pricing" is a more clear indicator of interest than just a pricing page view. Site search details vary by provider, so these instructions are general guidelines. - Tracking Search Keywords and Competitor SEO
Search marketing tools help you monitor your site and search results. Add keywords that you want to monitor, or use a default list of common keywords.
