Create Social Posts
Social posting tools help you manage and post content on Facebook and LinkedIn.

Note Keep these points in mind as you create your social post.
- To track links, use http:// or https://, and use at least three words in each post.
- Don’t use spaces in file names. Use dashes or underscores instead.
- A social network sometimes rejects a repost because they look like duplicates. To find failed posts, check the Failed Social Posts table for a message and explanation. Try posting the message again later.

Open the Social page.
- In Account Engagement, select Marketing and then select Social.
- In the Lightning app, select Content and then Social.
- Click + New Social Post.
- Draft your message. Use the Insert Link and Attach Image buttons to insert images.
- From the Select Accounts dropdown, choose the accounts that you want to post the message to.
- Click Post Now, or schedule a time and date for the post.
To reuse a message across channels, post it to one network first. Then, tweak the message and repost it to a different network. Click the gear icon next to a post, and click Repost.
