Considerations for Using the Eventbrite Connector

Considerations for Using the Eventbrite Connector

Keep these considerations in mind when using the Eventbrite connector.

          • If your account allows multiple prospects with the same email address, Eventbrite registration activity is attributed to the prospect with the most recent activity.
          • To sync, events must be published in Eventbrite. If you can’t find your event, make sure that it’s published in your Eventbrite account.
          • When you enable the Pull historical events setting and events have been imported, you can’t reverse the action.
          • Sometimes prospects purchase more than one ticket at a time, causing a discrepancy between tickets sold and registrations. When you drill into a specific event, you can see how many tickets each prospect purchased.
          • Hide events from the report table by selecting the event and choosing Hide from the dropdown. Hidden events are still tracked.
          • Due to an Eventbrite API restriction, you can’t register prospects for events via Account Engagement forms or completion actions.
