The LinkedIn profile lookup connector lets you view LinkedIn profiles for your prospects
based on their first name, last name, and company (if provided). This connector is automatically
enabled in new accounts.

To add a connector:
Account Engagement Administrator role
If the LinkedIn profile lookup connector isn’t already enabled in your account, add it.
Creating the connector activates the lookup feature for all your users. You don’t have to use
your LinkedIn credentials to create a connector. You might be prompted to sign in to LinkedIn to
view a prospect’s information.
Open the Connectors page.
In Account Engagement, select Admin and then select
Connectors.
In the Lightning app, select Account Engagement Settings
and then Connectors.
Click + Add Connector.
From the Social Media section, click LinkedIn.
Click Create Connector.
Now you can click the LinkedIn icon on prospect records and view their LinkedIn
information.
