To add competitors:
Account Engagement Administrator or Marketing
role
Note If you don’t add competitors, Account Engagement creates your company as a competitor the
first time a user visits the Search Marketing screen.
Open the Competitors page.
In Account Engagement, select Marketing | Search Marketing | Competitors.
In the Lightning app, select Content and then Search | Competitors.
Click + Create New Competitor.
Enter the competitor name and URL.
Click Create Competitor.
It can take up to an hour for the initial lookup. After the initial lookup, the data is
refreshed weekly.
