If you use Twilio, create a connector to instantly follow up with prospects via phone.
The selected user gets a call when a prospect submits a connected form so that the user can
connect with the prospect by phone. Twilio activities appear on prospect records, where you can
view details about calls.

User Permissions Needed
To add a connector:
Account Engagement Administrator role
Open the Connectors page.
In Account Engagement, select Admin and then select
Connectors.
In the Lightning app, select Account Engagement Settings
and then Connectors.
Click + Add Connector.
Click Twilio.
Enter your Twilio account information.
Click Create Connector.
In the Status column, click verify now.
To use the integration, enable Notify user via Twilio of form
submission on the completion action step of the form wizard.
Note International numbers must begin with + and the country code. Make sure that your forms ask
prospects for the country code, if applicable. Phone extensions must precede with “ext”.
