Wistia Prospect Activities

Video plays are recorded when prospects watch a Wistia video embedded on a page with your Account Engagement tracking code. You can view plays and video heatmaps from a prospect record.

When a prospect watches more than 75% of a video, it’s called out as a separate activity on the prospect’s record.

Heatmaps show details about the prospect’s interaction with a specific video. A color-coded timeline represents how the viewer interacted with the video.

• White indicates that a portion of the video wasn’t watched.
• Green tells you that the viewer watched that part exactly once.
• Yellow, orange, light red, and dark red show you that the viewer watched that part of the video two, three, four, or five times, respectively.

The total percentage of the video that the viewer watched (parts watched multiple times are counted only once) appears next to the heatmap. For more information, see Wistia’s Analytics article.
