            Integrating with Wistia

            Wistia is a video hosting service that measures engagement with your content. Use the Wistia connector to record prospects’ video activity and create prospects from video conversions.

            Required Editions

            Available in: All Account Engagement Editions
            • Add the Wistia Connector
              To track prospect video engagement, set up the Wistia connector. After you create the connector, it pulls in only new engagement data as it becomes available. The connector requires an Advanced or Premium Wistia plan.
            • Wistia Turnstiles
              You can use the Wistia connector together with turnstile forms to collect email addresses and create prospects. When a visitor submits a turnstile form with their email address, the engagement is added to a matching prospect with the most recent engagement. If a matching record isn’t found, a prospect record is created.
            • Wistia Prospect Activities
              Video plays are recorded when prospects watch a Wistia video embedded on a page with your Account Engagement tracking code. You can view plays and video heatmaps from a prospect record.
