            Create Dynamic Content

            Use dynamic content to display variations to prospects based on criteria you select.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Account Engagement Plus, Advanced, and Premium Editions.
            Available for an additional cost in: Account Engagement Growth Edition
            User Permissions Needed
            To create dynamic content: Account Engagement Administrator or Marketing role
            1. Open the Dynamic Content page.
              • In Account Engagement, select Marketing | Content | Dynamic Content.
              • In the Lightning app, select Content and then Dynamic Content.
            2. Click + Add Dynamic Content.
            3. Enter a name for internal use.
            4. Set the default content that prospects see when they don’t match a variation.
              1. Click Pencil icon.
              2. Create content in the editor.
              3. Save.
            5. Add a variation.
              1. Select a field on which to base the variation.
              2. Enter the criteria for the variation.
              3. Hover over the box, and click Edit to add content.
              4. Create content in the editor.
              5. Save.
            6. Add up to 25 variations by clicking + Add Variation.
            7. Save the dynamic content when finished.

            You can now embed the dynamic content in emails and web pages.
