File Reporting
When a visitor or prospect clicks a link to a file that’s hosted by Account Engagement, the click is recorded in the File Statistics table. You can filter the table by tags and date range.

When a visitor or prospect clicks a link to a file that’s hosted by Account Engagement, the click is recorded in the File Statistics table. You can filter the table by tags and date range.

To view a file’s report, select Reports (Account Engagement Reports in the Lightning app), and then Marketing Assets | Content. Click the asset you want to view statistics for. Click the name of the file in the File Statistics table.
Image files aren’t tracked, so they aren’t included in reports.

| Total Views | The total number of views for the file. Includes views from visitors and identified prospects. When a person views the file multiple times, each view is counted in this number. |
| Unique Views | The number of unique views for the specific file. Includes views from visitors and identified prospects. Only the first view is counted in this number. |
