You can upload images and other files to use in your marketing emails, forms, and
landing pages. Most hosted files have tracked URLs based on your tracker domain. When prospects
access a tracked file, it’s reflected in their activities.
Required Editions
Available in: All Account
Engagement Editions
Important Hosted files are publicly available at the assigned URL. Never upload
sensitive information.
Keep these considerations in mind when hosting files with Account Engagement.
JavaScript, CSS, and image files can be hosted but aren’t tracked for prospect activity.
A file can be up to 50 MB.
To update a file, edit the file and upload the new version using the same name. A new URL is
generated, but the previously used URL continues to work.
If you update a file’s content using a new file name, the URL changes to use the new file
name. The old file URL points to the new content file.
Content files are hidden from search engine indexing.
When you delete a file, it’s deleted permanently and can’t be recovered.
Delete Hosted Files Whether you’re running out of storage space or just want to tidy up outdated files in Account Engagement, you can delete a hosted file at any time. When you delete a file, it’s deleted permanently instead of being archived in the recycle bin. After you delete the files, they’re no longer visible or available online.
