          Upload Files to Account Engagement

          To track file downloads or use images in marketing assets, upload files individually or in bulk.

          Required Editions

          Available in: All Account Engagement Editions
          User Permissions Needed
          To upload files: Account Engagement Administrator or Marketing role
          Important
          Important Files that you host with Account Engagement are publicly available at the assigned URL. Don’t upload sensitive information.

          To include a vanity URL, campaign assignment, or completion action on a file, upload one file at a time. If you upload files in bulk, these details must be added back one by one. To upload multiple files in a compressed folder, unzip it first.

          1. Open the Files page.
            • In Account Engagement, select Marketing | Content | Files.
            • In the Lightning app, select Content and then Files.
          2. Upload your files.
            • To upload multiple files at one time, drag them to the upload box, or click + Upload Files and select your files.
            • To upload a single file, click + Add File.
          3. To finish the upload, follow the prompts.
