          From asset administration to powerful content customization and reuse, Account Engagement offers the tools you need to engage with your customers. Try folders to organize your projects, track engagement data with personalized links, and develop reusable templates that enhance your marketing workflow.

          • Organize Marketing Assets with Folders
            You can organize and nest your content and marketing assets in a way that makes sense for your team. Apply folder permissions to control which users have access to your marketing assets and content.
          • File Hosting with Account Engagement
            You can upload images and other files to use in your marketing emails, forms, and landing pages. Most hosted files have tracked URLs based on your tracker domain. When prospects access a tracked file, it’s reflected in their activities.
          • Target Prospects with Custom Content
            Use dynamic content to display custom HTML on your website or Account Engagement forms, landing pages, layout templates, and emails based on prospect criteria. When a prospect matches the criteria for your dynamic content, a variation of the content displays.
          • Personalize Content with Handlebars Merge Fields
            Customers are more likely to engage with your messaging when it’s personalized. Use Handlebars merge fields to personalize content you create in Account Engagement with information from your prospect records. You can also insert information about your company, like your business address, and create defaults to use when prospect records don’t contain certain values.

            Reuse your content with Snippets to streamline how you create recurring marketing assets for your campaigns and business as a whole. A snippet works across assets related to a campaign, and can contain helpful strings like dates, links, images, and logos. Snippets can be reused in emails, email templates, forms, and landing pages.
          • Track Link Clicks
            Use custom redirects to track banner ad clicks, links to third-party sites, links on social media, and access to files hosted outside of Account Engagement. Clicks are tracked as an activity on a prospect’s record. You can get an overview of the redirect’s performance with the custom redirect report.
          • Customize Links to Marketing Assets
            Marketing assets that you create in Account Engagement have a unique link. You can use any validated tracker domain to customize those asset links. You can also create vanity URLs for landing pages, files, custom redirects, and email preference center pages.
